Southwest Airlines stock dives after Trump grounds Boeing 737 Max jets

Shares of Southwest Airlines Co. LUV, -0.92% took a dive into negative territory in afternoon trade Wednesday, after President Trump called for the grounding of Boeing 737 Max 8 and Max 9 jets. The stock fell 1.1%, after being up about 0.9% just prior to Trumps' call, and up as much as 2.7% at the intraday high. Southwest is the U.S. carrier seen as having the most exposure to the 737 Max family of jets, according to Cowen. Among shares of other U.S.
