Southwest Airlines' offer applies to travelers whose flights were scheduled to fly between Dec. 24 and Jan. 2 'but were cancelled or significantly delayed greater than three hours' for each paid and ticket passenger on the reservation.

The points can be used for any open seat and do not expire or have blackout dates, but passengers must claim the points via a code in the email by March 31.
