Our family would be remiss without sharing our gratitude to the Boy Scouts at Elizabeth Seton Church in Orland Hills.
Apparently their labor of love was making full size patriotic fleece blankets for hospice patients. Credit must also be given to Kerry Funeral Home in Palos Heights for their compassion with our family.Since Marge Curtis, my sister, closed those beautiful eyes on Sept. 11, that blanket will always be a special endearing memory. That singular treasure is the definition of closure.
