Southport Pleasureland to host Spanish Carnival - when is it and how to get tickets
The sounds and sights of Spain are coming to Southport. It has been revealed the seaside town's Spanish Carnival will return for another year this summer.
The vibrant event comes to Southport Pleasureland on July 1 and 2. Families can celebrate all things Spanish culture without the faff of getting on a flight to the Med. Organisers say the carnival will offer plenty of Spanish-themed fun and entertainment with rides also open for visitors to enjoy. Gates open at 11am with unlimited access to rides.Norman Wallis, CEO of Southport Pleasureland, said: "Our friendly team of amigos will all be waiting to say ‘hola’ and welcome you to the park.
"Fun and excitement for the whole family, and if you fancy a little siesta you’ll find plenty of shaded seating options in our many lovely picnic areas around the park. “Whether you’re a frequent visitor or a new friend, we’re excited to welcome you on this special weekend of Spanish Carnival.”
