As retailers figure out where they want to operate stores in Dallas-Fort Worth,remains in demand, attracting second market locations after Dallas as well as some brands’ first North Texas stores.

Austin-based outdoor brand Yeti opens its second North Texas store later this month in Southlake. Popular athleisure and undergarment brand Aerie will open its new concept by Halloween. Nike plans to open before the end of the year. Brandy Melville, a European women’s fashion brand that makes clothing in only one size, opened its only North Texas store in September. The brand boasts 3.

Southlake’s Lululemon recently moved into 7,000 square feet, doubling its space. HeyDay, a spa specializing in facials that is coming to hip Henderson Avenue in East Dallas this fall, will also open in Southlake Town Square.Laguna Beach jeweler Gorjana is opening next spring and so is Rowan, an ear piercing service done with a licensed nurse that has also set up shop in some Target stores.

Next summer, popular Canadian woman’s fashion brand Aritzia will open along with Dallas-based men’s brand Mizzen + Main and lingerie brand Third Love. The store will be among the first outside of California for retailer that offers 78 bra sizes, including half-cup sizes.
