Former 'Southern Charm' star Kathryn Dennis was arrested in South Carolina and charged with driving under the influence.
The reality TV personality had "glossy eyes and an odor of alcohol coming from her," according to a police report obtained by PEOPLE.with over five years of experience covering the latest in entertainment. A proud Kingston University alum, Emlyn has written about music, fandom, film, television, and awards for multiple outlets including MTV News,personality, 32, was pulled over by the Goose Creek Police Department in Berkeley County just after 10 p.m.
An officer at the scene reportedly told a colleague that Dennis was "possibly impaired" while conducting the traffic stop, with another officer noting in the police report that she had "glossy eyes and an odor of alcohol coming from her." She was then taken into custody and charged with a DUI for transporting an open container of alcohol.EW has reached out to the Goose Creek Police Department and a representative for Dennis for comment.
