The region is gearing up for a significant weather shift with rain transitioning into an Arctic cold front, raising concerns about the possibility of snow, sleet, and freezing rain.

Get ready for a change in weather as rain takes over the region, leading to an Arctic cool-down. The rain will persist throughout the evening and into Sunday morning. This will be followed by a sharp drop in temperatures as freezing conditions return on Monday, ushering in the coldest weather pattern we've experienced so far. The possibility of snow, sleet, and/or freezing rain is a significant concern, especially as we approach Tuesday evening.
