The closure is backing up traffic for miles on the southbound side, past exit 80. Traffic is slow in the northbound lanes as well as drivers “rubberneck” or look at the crash scene.at mile marker 77, according to PennDOT spokeswoman Fritzi Schreffler. No other vehicles were involved and there were no serious injuries, she said.
The truck was carrying construction equipment. The crash caused the truck to spill fuel, Schreffler said, so HazMat responders are also on scene.
