Hamptons-based artist Joanna Steidle has been filming sharks with her drones off the waters of Southampton beach.

With shark sightings on the rise this summer in waters off the coast of New York and New Jersey, New York officials deployed 60 shark-monitoring drones across Long Island and city beaches to protect swimmers.
