A South Jordan man is appealing to the community for help in locating his stolen SUV after it was taken in broad daylight on Sunday morning. Despite having an AirTag on his keys and being surrounded by homes with security cameras, the white Mazda CX-5 was stolen while the owner was traveling. The thief even discarded the AirTag, rendering it useless in tracking the vehicle. Police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
A South Jordan man is asking for help from the community to locate his stolen SUV after a brazen daylight theft Sunday morning.
Davis had left his white Mazda SUV at home for family to use while he was traveling. It was last seen at 7:30 a.m. that day.Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time Davis has been a victim of vehicle theft. South Jordan Police said stolen vehicles are often recovered but not before they’re used for other crimes.
