South Fort Worth business park growing with plans for more buildings

Three more warehouses are planned in the Carter Park East development in South Fort Worth.

The Carter Park East industrial park is a project of Fort Worth-based developer Rob Riner Cos., Clarion Partners and Crow Holdings Capital.During the last three years, South Fort Worth has been one of North Texas’ fastest growing industrial markets.

And a new industrial development on the way south of Interstate 20 will bring three more big buildings. Fort Worth-based Rob Riner Cos has teamed up with Clarion Partners and Crow Holdings Capital on the more than 550-acre Carter Park East on Oak Grove Road.Riner Cos plans to begin construction in late summer on three warehouses with almost 1.5 million square feet, according to planning documents filed with the state.

The project will cost more than $87 million and is scheduled to open in September 2024 and was designed by RGA Architects.The developer is a North Texas commercial real estate firm with a track record of office and industrial properties.with almost 560,000 square feet that will be ready in the third quarter of this year.
