Homeowners in the King George neighborhood of South Euclid say they love their neighborhood and street.
SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio -
Homeowners on Queen Ann Court in South Euclid are protesting a plan that would build 15 new homes on an empty lot on their cul-de-sac.82-years-young Derien James-Neal has lived on the street since 1989 and said she was stunned. South Euclid’s Planning and Development Director Michael Love tells 19 News the proposal is in the early stages but knows there’s opposition.
He says this is a process. The next step is to get the plan before the city’s architect review board and it will make a recommendation to city council which ultimately makes the final decision to approve or deny the project moving forward.There is a meeting set for Thursday at the Community Center, It is the 2nd official public notice where homeowners can ask questions and hear plans.
