San Diego County residents have been dealing with the pollution and its effects for years.

SAN DIEGO — South Bay residents gathered at the Coral Gate community park to share their frustrations and come up with solutions to theBaron Partlow is one of the affected residents, he started an organization called"Stop the Poop," which has been outspoken about the struggles these residents face.

"You can smell it all night long, you can't open your windows, you can't close them cause it still gets in, you can eat cause it makes you nauseous you can't sleep it's horrible," said Partlow. have began monthly meetings to talk about solutions for the issue. "This is our second one, we're going to continue this on every month until we reach the right people," said Partlow.

"It's as if we're paralyzed and we can't solve this problem when the solution is already proven technology, we don't need to reinvent the wheel," said Behnam"We're not gong to settle for anything less than total solution, and we are not going to show the world why we can't we are going to show them why we can," said Partlow.
