Dylan Fasoyiro played last 2 seasons at Daemen University in New York
South Alabama basketball on Sunday landed its first transfer commitment of the current cycle in Dylan Fasoyiro, a guard from Division II Daemen University.
The 6-foot-6 Fasoyiro was an All-East Coast Conference selection at Daemen in 2023-24, when he averaged 17.3 points and 5.5 rebounds per game. He shot 41.7% from 3-point range.A Houston native, Fasoyiro played his first two years of college basketball at Ashland University. He has one season of eligibility remaining.
South Alabama still has several scholarships available for 2024-25, having lost seniors Tyrell Jones, Isiah Gaiter, Samuel Tabe and Marshall Kearing to graduation and freshman Marcus “Smurf” Millender to the transfer portal.
