At the NFL scouting combine, Williams ran the 40-yard dash in 4.40 seconds with a 10-yard split of 1.55 seconds. He had a 36 1/2 inch vertical leap and a 9-11 broad jump.He caught a career-high 70 passes for 1,198 yards and 14 touchdowns last season with his touchdown catches setting a single-season school record. In the Holiday Bowl, he caught 10 passes for 172 yards and a touchdown to set the bowl game record for receiving yards.He finished his career with 248 catches for 3,608 yards and 29 touchdowns. The UNLV transfer and Inglewood, California native played receiver, quarterback, defensive back and returned kicks in high school. He started immediately as a freshman at UNLV and led the team with 35 catches for 426 yards and two touchdowns and was named the Mountain West Conference Freshman of the Year.
