His original $8.5 million base salary is $3.5 million as he received a $3 million signing bonus, lowering his salary cap figure to $6.588 million from an original $10.294 million. His total pay for 2025 is $7.5 million, down from $9 million and an original base salary of $8.5 million. He can make up to $1 million in per game active roster bonuses, up from an original $500,000. It’s a current rate of $58,823 per game active.He has automatic void years in 2026 and 2027 for salary-cap purposes, set at $15 million each year., which is the same as the original deal. Autry served a six-game suspension for a violation of the NFL performance-enhancing drug policy, issuing a statement saying he never knowingly ingested any banned substance and was contemplating legal action. Autry played in 10 games with two starts for the Texans and had 13 tackles, three sacks, five tackles for losses, six quarterback hits and three passes defensed. The North Carolina native has recorded 323 career tackles, 62 sacks, seven forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries with 34 pass deflections Autry, 34, had 50 tackles and 11 1/2 sacks, two forced fumbles and four passes defenses two seasons ago for the Tennessee Titans. He signed a three-year, $21.5 million with the Titans in 2021. He was previously with the Indianapolis Colts and signed a three-year, $17.8 million in 2018. Autry has also played for the Las Vegas Raiders.
