The Texans need depth across the defensive line with Mario Edwards Jr. out for this game and back next week from a four-game NFL suspension. And Pro Bowl defensive end Will Anderson Jr. is out this week against the Lions and perhaps even longer due to a mild high ankle sprain, per league sources.Togiai played collegiately at Ohio State and was drafted in the fourth round by the Cleveland Browns. He has also played for the Jacksonville Jaguars and Atlanta Falcons. He was signed to the Texans’ practice squad in September following a successful tryout that included defensive backs Joshuah Bledsoe, A.J. Green and Tre Herndon.
