Raiders quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo will not play Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers at SoFi Stadium, as he remains in the NFL's concussion protocol, a source told ESPN Saturday, leaving Las Vegas with Brian Hoyer and Aidan O'Connell.
