The Cleveland kennel was already “VERY FULL,” City Dogs confirmed, and now there are 163 dogs in the kennel and in foster homes who need to be reclaimed or adopted.
CLEVELAND, Ohio - City Dogs is sending out an “SOS” after Cleveland Animal Care & Control found 45 dogs over the Labor Day weekend.
“Very few of these dogs have gone back to their owners and we are totally out of space,” City Dogs Cleveland stated. “We need our community’s help to get dogs into homes!”City Dogs Cleveland adoption counselors will be ready to help you find a great match for your lifestyle, from young pups to mature dogs that’ll be your new playmate, running buddy, or couch potato.

For those who are unable to adopt or foster at this time but still want to help, City Dogs Cleveland said the kennel is running very low on the dogs’ favorite chew toys, and donations are always greatly appreciated.
