, which opened as an upscale sushi ghost kitchen last August, is going to have a permanent brick and mortar location, its owners announced Wednesday.
Sora will build on the sushi concept for the restaurant, which is at 1121 W. 10th St. in Cleveland’s Flats East Bank, adjacent to its sister restaurant, Lago East Bank, the restaurant said in a release. Outdoor dining with a patio that will include an outdoor bar and more seating options will be developed along with menu upgrades, a rewards app and expanded catering, the restaurant said.
Sora leapt from its start as a ghost kitchen and became a seasonal popup eatery in February. Partners behind the venture include Fabio Salerno , Kevin Wang and Kumar Arora . Sora, which has extensive nigiri and sashimi menu options along with an array of rolls and entrees, is open for dine-in and carryout.
