President Cyril Ramaphosa is set to deliver his third Sona on Thursday.

President Cyril Ramaphosa during oral replies at the National Assembly in Parliament, Cape Town.PARLIAMENT -The State of the Nation Address will cost almost R2-million, the lowest in five years.This will be the second Sona this year, following elections and his swearing in as the republic's President.It says the Sona budget has been slashed by 47-percent compared to the 2018 Sona.

The Sona will be attended by former presidents Thabo Mbeki, Kgalema Motlanthe and former National Assembly Speakers Dr Frene Ginwala and Max Sisulu.
