In a preview of this week’s Sunday Sitdown, Idina Menzel opens up to Willie Geist about going through IVF “at such a late age,” which is highlighted in the new Disney+ movie “Which Way to the Stage?” See more this weekend on Sunday TODAY.
Idina Menzel and Taye Diggs’ 15-year-old son, Walker, is the perfect plus-one. Walker made a rare appearance alongside his mom at the Los Angeles premiere of “Wicked” on Nov. 9. Menzel, 53, wore a black one-shouldered gown, while Walker looked dapper in a dark suit and sneakers. The film, releasing in theaters on Nov. 22, is an adaption of the Tony-winning Broadway musical. Menzel originated the role of Wicked Witch Elphaba in 2003. Menzel shares Walker with her ex-husband, Taye Diggs.
” Diggs told the outlet that Walker is their “main objective” in life. “He’s what’s most important for us, so we’re still there as a family,” Diggs said, adding, “We were friends to start out with, but especially when you have a kid in the mix, there’s no time for any negativity.” Walker is a man of many talents, according to his proud dad. It should come as no surprise that he's a gifted performer. “He can act. He can sing. He can dance,” Diggs gushed to 'ET' in April.
