The son of a popular TikTok personality in Mobile has been killed, according to social media posts by his mother.
Ophelia Nichols, who has about 7 million followers to her account where she is known as “shoelover99,” posted aon the social media app. She said her son, Randon Lee, was fatally shot Friday night in Prichard. Saturday would have been his 19th birthday, his mother said. “Somebody knows who did this to my child and I’m asking for somebody’s help,” Nichols said on the video.that Lee was shot around 7:45 p.m. Friday on Saint Stephens Road. Prichard police are investigating, the television station reported.
“I have a hate in my heart that I don’t recognize,” Nichols said in the video. “I’ve never had hate for anybody.”“Someone else made the decision to end my son’s life,” Nichols said on Facebook. “They are walking around in my town, living and breathing while my son is not. While me and my family are grieving a loss that no mother should ever have to feel, they are free.”
