Son faces murder charge in death of mother at Wimberly-area home
Jeremiah Kuenzli, 29, faces a murder charge in connection with the death of his mother, Sara Kuenzli, according to the Hays County Sheriff’s Office.A man was arrested moments after his mother was found dead at a home near Wimberly following an abandoned 911 call.
Sara Kuenzli, 60, was discovered by deputies at about 10:15 a.m. Sunday at a residence on Brookmeadow Drive in Woodcreek, according to the Hays County Sheriff’s Office.Her son, Jeremiah Kuenzli, 29, was arrested at the scene, deputies said. He was taken to the Hays County Jail and charged with murder, a first-degree felony, authorities said.Deputies were alerted to the home by the abandoned 911 call and a subsequent welfare concern, officials said.
