One person is dead and several people have been detained as Austin Police investigate the city's 36th homicide of the year. APD responded to a disturbance call and found a man fatally wounded.On July 18, APD responded to a similar call and also found a man fatally wounded at about 2:30 a.m.
But, during a press conference Wednesday afternoon-- APD said the Array is a place they are well familiar with. CBS Austin contacted the Array leasing office to inquire about the lighting and crime at the complex; they said to contact the property owners, Emerge Living based out of Houston.
