The attempted break in occurred just one day after a security guard was shot outside the mansion
Drake and Kendrick Lamar ’s rap beef has seemingly broken through into the real world yet again. Yesterday, an unnamed man attempted to break into Drake ’s mansion in the Bridle Path neighborhood of Toronto . According to a statement from Toronto Police media relations officer Ashley Visser , the person was subsequently “apprehended... taken to obtain medical assistance” under Ontario’s Mental Health Act.
The man was standing outside a gate and was subsequently taken to the hospital “in serious condition,” according to Toronto Police Inspector Paul Krawczyk . He has since undergone surgery and remains in the hospital. Authorities could not confirm whether or not this was a drive-by shooting, but they do say they have video evidence and a car was involved.
