Barangay Talic was largely affected, while the hanging bridge connecting Poblacion 2 and Barangay Taboc Norte has been washed out. “Naghahanap kami ng makakain kaya sumama ako sa mga kapitbahay namin. Baka makatanggap ng ayuda,” said Erlina Pullido, also a resident.
