Soldotna’s Galen Brantley Jr. becomes state’s all-time winningest high school football coachSOLDOTNA, Alaska - Soldotna football’s Galen Brantley Jr. is now at 160 wins and counting, further solidifying his position as the winningest high school coach in state history.
Brantley Jr. has consistently stacked similarly-lopsided wins since taking over the sidelines in 2007 with 14 medium-school and Division II state championships, including a run of eight straight from 2012-2019 and a historic win streak of 59 straight games.
