Monthly referrals for 'social prescribing' in Guernsey have tripled over the last three years.

"BSP's social prescribing has given me new opportunities," she said. "For my own mental wellbeing, it's really important.""I think be inquisitive, be inspired and bring your creative self to life because we all need to be creative for our wellbeing."BSP lead, Trish De Carteret, said people of all ages had been referred since the island's service launched in 2021, from 18 up to 98.
