Below-freezing temperatures and wind chill are expected to batter central Pennsylvania all week.
As central Pennsylvanians wake up Monday morning, temperatures are only in the teens and will peak in the low 20s for the day, the A cold weather advisory is calling for wind chills as low as -15 degrees from 7 p.
