Snapchat users aren’t impressed with the app’s new ChatGPT alternative chatbot
Snapchat has launched a new artificial intelligence chatbot that is being rolled out to all users – but it hasn’t gone down well. The new My AI feature is an alternative to the ChatGPT chatbot and was initially launched for subscribers to the premium Snapchat+ service, but the photo sharing app has started to make it available for everyone.
Many users are frustrated with the way the feature has been automatically added to their apps, as it currently sits pinned to the top of their Chat feed above their friends – and not everyone can remove it. Slamming My AI on Twitter, @lzzieeeee said: “Snapchat ai is the most useless thing I’ve ever come across.”
Scores of Snapchatters are calling for a way to remove My AI from their app, or at least a way to hide it.
