SMOKE Bistro offers an array of sides: Five-cheese mac & cheese, Southern fried cabbage seasoned with spices and smoked turkey, potato salad, baked beans, cornbread served with honey crunch butter, and corn bites — chargrilled pieces of corn on the cobb topped with spices and drizzled with house barbecue sauce.
The eatery offers three ways to order the meats. First, there’s the trays: a choice of one, two, or three meats served with two sides, a choice of sauce and cornbread.
