A Kentucky high school teacher and assistant soccer coach has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a student after an anonymous tip. Mary “Hanna” Mattingly, a 31-year-old substitute teacher at Bardstown High School in Kentucky , was arrested Monday after she allegedly had “sexual contact” with the student and sent him nude photographs, Mattingly, who also served as an assistant girl’s soccer coach, was immediately placed on leave last week after the school received an anonymous letter alleging she and an unidentified student had “inappropriate contact,” “Bardstown City Schools immediately initiated an investigation, removed the individual from her job duties, placed her on administrative leave and alerted the authorities,” Bardstown City Schools ’ Superintendent Ryan Clark told the paper.

Mattingly was arrested on Monday and charged with first-degree sexual abuse and procuring or promoting abuse of a minor by electronic means, police said.
