There's one key ingredient
The dessert can satisfy a sweet tooth but is low in fat and calories, reports SurreyLive. The trifle is made of fruit, jelly and yoghurt and created by healthy foodie @cakeontherun.
She previously shared her take on a berry trifle with a quick and easy pudding recipe. The key to making it Slimming World and Weight Watchers friendly is using Hartley's 10 Cal Jelly Pot and Muller Light yoghurt. Both products are available in most UK supermarkets and come in a range of different flavours. The jelly selection includes strawberry, raspberry, mango and passionfruit, blueberry and blackcurrant, rhubarb and custard, Bakewell tart and jam doughnut.
At just 10 calories per tub and virtually fat-free, they are also suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Fans praised the recipe and said: "That looks so fun" and "oeeeh girl please". The Muller Light yoghurt range is just as varied with strawberry, vanilla, toffee, cherry, chocolate sprinkles, banana and custard and raspberry and cranberry flavours on offer. They too are great for dieters, containing around 100 calories per pot and fat-free.
