Police are asking for witnesses
A "slim" and "pale" man who flashed a woman in a nature reserve in north Northamptonshire is being hunted by police. Officers are now appealing for witnesses of the incident.
The incident took place in Bedford Purlieus National Nature Reserve, between Corby and Peterborough, on the Northamptonshire-Cambridgeshire border. Northamptonshire Police described the exact location as "a shaded area about one third of the way into the wood". At around 11.45am on Friday, July 15, the man approached a woman in the shaded area and indecently exposed himself to her.The suspect is described as a white man, aged between 19 and 30 years old, slim, with a pale complexion and cropped ginger hair which was visible around a baseball cap. He wore glasses with thick lenses which magnified his eyes slightly and spoke with a local accent.
Northants Police are asking witnesses or anyone with any information about the incident to contact them on 101. Incident number: 22000408152.
