Good news for pet owners who love to cuddle their pups at night
Our dogs love to cuddle up to us in bed, but a new study has found that having them sleep next to us in the same room could even be beneficial for our own health., people sleep better with their dogs in their room, regardless of how much they move around during the night.
For the study, they analysed 40 healthy participants with no sleep-related issues, along with those with dogs who were no younger than six-months-old. They wanted to see whether the presence of dogs would disturb sleepers during the night.The study found that each of the participants slept incredibly well when their dog was in the room.
