LAID TO REST Former Army Cpl. Winston Ragos, 32, is laid to rest with full military honors at the Libingan ng mga Bayani in Taguig City on Sunday. Ragos’ mother, Merlyn, and his daughter, Irish, witnessed the burial while his wife, Michelle, who works in Taiwan, was unable to attend because of the lockdown caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Ragos, who was diagnosed with post- traumatic stress disorder, was shot dead last April 21 at a checkpoint in Quezon City. PHOTO BY J.
