Spring Grove’s Skyla Sigmon had a nice day on both sides of the ball Friday afternoon, going 2-for-3 at the plate with 4 RBI, and tossing 4 2/3 scoreless innings in the circle and punching out 6 in a 14-3 win.
Jozalynn Hartman followed suit with a perfect 3-for-3 day at the plate, including a double, and driving in 2 runs of her own. 4 other Rockets collected 2 RBI in the contest: Makennah Stiles, Ava Leggett, June Wilt, and Andrina Camilleri.Spring Grove improves to 2-8 with the win, as Gettysburg drops to 2-7.
