The blazing heat has been one of the top stories of Monday’s news cycle, so naturally, Sky News opted to point a camera directly at the sun in the name of journalism. Viewers couldn’t help but find the move hilarious and various clips of the recording were posted online, alongside images of a reporter at‘Thanks for this live shot of the Sun, @skynews – I’d forgotten what it looked like,’ one person joked.
‘If there was ever to be a channel with a permanent live picture of the Sun, it would undoubtedly be called Sky News,’ another penned.
