Skoda will reveal a mid-lifecycle update for the Enyaq and Enyaq Coupe on January 8. The EVs will sport a redesigned front end reminiscent of the smaller Elroq . The updated Enyaq will also offer upgraded equipment and an extended range. Skoda has released a new teaser for the refreshed Enyaq and Enyaq Coupe, announcing their digital premiere for January 8. The MEB-based EVs will receive minor styling updates and improved aerodynamics, along with enhanced cabin features.
The Enyaq debuted in 2020, with its coupe-SUV counterpart following in 2022. Both bodystyle variants will now get a mid-lifecycle refresh, aiming to bolster their competitiveness against rivals. Visually, the highlight is the redesigned front end, featuring a slimmer illuminated grille and new split headlights with LED Matrix technology. TheTech-Deck Face and the cleaner design for the bumper intakes make the facelifted Enyaq look very similar to the smaller Elroq. Conversely, the profile and the rear end appear largely unchanged. Regarding the interior, Skoda has confirmed a few enhancements, including more sustainable materials and a more comprehensive standard equipment list. The teaser video showcases the Sportline versions that will be unveiled alongside the standard EVs. It is reasonable to assume that the Enyaq vRS performance flagship will also be part of the facelifted lineup. The company hasn't disclosed specific technical details but mentioned that the EV will be available with diverse powertrain options. The Enyaq received range and performance upgrades for 2024 and is currently offered in RWD and AWD configurations, producing from 177 hp (132 kW / 179 PS) to 335 hp (250 kW / 340 PS). According to Skoda, the facelifted Enyaq will offer a longer range compared to its predecessor, partly thanks to optimized aerodynamics
