Skoda will reveal a mid-cycle update for the Enyaq and Enyaq Coupe on January 8. The electric vehicle s (EVs) will sport a redesigned front end reminiscent of the smaller Elroq. The updated Enyaq will also benefit from upgraded equipment and a longer range . Skoda has released a teaser for the refreshed Enyaq and Enyaq Coupe, announcing their digital premiere on January 8. The MEB-based EVs will receive mild styling updates and improved aerodynamics, alongside enhanced interior features.
The Enyaq was initially launched in 2020, followed by its coupe-SUV sibling in 2022. Both body styles will now get a mid-cycle update, aiming to boost their competitiveness in the market. Visually, the most notable change is the redesigned front fascia, featuring a slimmer illuminated grille and new split headlights with LED Matrix technology. The Tech-Deck face and cleaner bumper intakes give the revamped Enyaq a strong resemblance to the smaller Elroq. The profile and rear end, however, appear largely unchanged. Inside, Skoda has confirmed several improvements, including more sustainable materials and expanded standard equipment. The teaser video showcases the Sportline versions that will be unveiled alongside the standard EVs. It is anticipated that the Enyaq vRS performance flagship will also be part of the updated lineup. Skoda has not disclosed detailed technical specifications but mentioned diverse powertrain options. The Enyaq received range and performance upgrades for 2024 and is currently available in rear-wheel drive (RWD) and all-wheel drive (AWD) configurations, producing power from 177 hp (132 kW / 179 PS) to 335 hp (250 kW / 340 PS). According to Skoda, the facelifted Enyaq will offer an extended range compared to its predecessor, partly attributed to optimized aerodynamics
