KUALA LUMPUR, April 14 — The Skip Stop Express DS01 route being undertaken as proof of concept will be made a permanent Rapid KL bus service route starting Monday .
Rapid Bus chief operating officer Ku Jamil Zakaria said the service is an initiative introduced to reduce traffic congestion around the city centre. “With this service, first-last mile connectivity can be improved for public transport users from the communities of Bukit Indah, Bandar Baru Ampang, Taman Dagang, Mulia Jaya, Lembah Jaya and Pandan Indah,” he said in a statement today.
“The RM1.10 fare offered is reasonable compared to driving your own vehicle. Passengers can pay the fare using the My50 Unlimited Travel Pass or Touch n' Go card.
