'Skinny' flasher spotted in popular children's park

Police have urged witnesses to come forward

A "skinny" man was spotted indecently exposing himself in Wicksteed Park in Kettering in the early hours of Monday. Today, Northamptonshire Police issued a description of the man and urged witnesses to come forward.

He was later seen heading towards Barton Seagrave wearing a white T-shirt and blue shorts, police said.
