One dermatologist has revealed how we can keep our skin looking bright and youthful as we age.

Getting older is without a doubt a good thing, as it gives us longer to spend time with loved ones and do the things we enjoy.

Dermatologist Dr. Justine Kluk appeared on a recent episode of the ZOE health podcast, joined by ZOE founder Dr. Jonathan Wolf and ZOE’s Chief Scientist Dr. Sarah Berry. The trio discussed how we can keep our skin looking as healthy as possible, as well as the role that certain foods and certain products can play.

"So protecting your skin and the sun is more than preventing your skin looking older earlier. It's also about reducing risk of things like skin cancer."
