After three days of shootdowns over North America, the U.S. military hasn't detected any more unidentified objects in its airspace over the past two days, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said today.

“I’m not aware of any additional objects that have been reported operating in the space of the last 48 hours,” Austin said in Brussels following a day of meetings with NATO allies. The three objects, which were much smaller than the 200-foot-tall Chinese balloon, were likely “tied to some commercial or benign purpose,” Kirby added.
