SAN JOSE — Two men were arrested in connection to a late-night shooting in July that wounded several people, police said in a news release.
The investigation found that a fight broke out between two groups at an “unsanctioned car show event,” officials said. An adult male suspect who was not involved in the fight approached the groups and shot a handgun into the air. The suspect then shot toward one of the adult males.
Authorities investigating the case identified two suspects and obtained arrest warrants. On August 28, police arrested a 26-year-old suspect from Union City on suspicion of attempted murder.
