Sixty Vines will also share chef-driven dishes inspired by the seasons and made with fresh, local ingredients- perfect for wine pairing.
With a deep commitment to sustainability, Sixty Vines offers an eco-friendly approach to serving wine and the closest “from the barrel” tasting experience for guests to enjoy by the glass, flight, or bottle. Each keg holds 26 bottles and can be reused around 1,500 times over its refillable lifetime, so with every glass you enjoy, you’re sipping sustainably.

Open for brunch, lunch, and dinner, the restaurant prides itself on a “pinkies down” approach to both wine and food, as guests are invited to enjoy an abundance of shareable selections in the restaurant’s open, communal seating style.
