Sixers guard Tyrese Maxey to miss multiple weeks with hamstring injury

Clippers Wednesday night and is expected to miss multiple weeks with a soft tissue injury in his right hamstring, ESPN’s Shams Charania reported.
The former Kentucky guard is averaging a career-best 27.6 points on 41% shooting and 29% from deep. He leads the league in minutes per game while carrying a heavy load.has yet to play for the Sixers this season due to “left knee injury management” and will face a minutes restriction when he returns against themade his debut Wednesday in the loss to the Clippers after missing time with a bone bruise in his left knee.
