Six places in Lancashire to go on Christmas Day for a warm meal and company
Christmastime is filled with joy, festivities and merriment for a lot of us, but for some of us, it's one of the most difficult times of the year.
They will be hosting a range of activities throughout the day and will also be providing a small buffet, plus plenty of hot drinks. Roast, Preston Roast, a popular takeaway in the city centre, will be feeding the homeless and emergency service workers on Christmas Day.Islington House, Blackburn Run by the Ashley Foundation, Islington House is a hostel, hoping to relieve the poverty faced by vulnerable and homeless people. On Christmas Day, the hostel will be providing a free Christmas dinner to anyone sleeping rough and with nowhere to go.Islington House, 388 Great Bolton St, Blackburn, BB2 3PX.
