Six men have been charged overnight, following an alleged daylight brawl in a busy shopping centre in Sydney's CBD last week. Gabrielle_Boyle 9News MORE:
Police were called to a shopping centre on Market Street after reports of a fight on Wednesday, June 21, at about 12.30pm.READ MORE:They will appear in court on July 12.
Following further inquiries, police carried out search warrants at four homes in North Parramatta, Auburn, Dundas Valley, and South Granville, at 6am on Friday, June 22. Three men, aged 33, 30, and 24, were arrested at the North Parramatta home, where police also seized two guns and $30,000 in cash.A fourth man, 26, was arrested a short time after the search.Search warrants were carried out at multiple homes.The 33-year-old and 26-year-old were bailed and will appear in court again on July 6.to receive our daily newsletters and breaking news alerts, sent straight to your inbox.
